Our Story
We’re a small Gold Coast–based team of Australian health professionals who have spent the last decade working inside the system - in GP, hospitals, and community care.
We’ve all seen the same pattern: telehealth that’s siloed, fragmented and built on self-reported symptoms, pushed to chase volume and quick scripts instead of real continuity of care.

We built crossRx because we believe Australians deserve better primary care - and doctors deserve better ways to deliver it.
Our goal is simple:
To connect patients, local services and remote clinicians instead of keeping them in silos.

The first nationwide referral system in primary care
We receive and prepare the case
Patients are assessed by our frontline clinical partners and converted into structured referral tickets - with history, red-flag screening and guideline prompts already completed for you.
You complete a focused remote consult
You log in, review the prepared ticket, clarify anything you need with the patient, and make a clinical decision. No chasing notes, no guesswork, no self-reporting patient.
We handle the rest
You finalise the outcome, and we take care of the logistics - routing scripts, notifications and follow-up back into the patient’s usual care. You get paid for safe, efficient primary care without staff, rent or admin.
